Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination using Canada Post shipping rates.
We offer:

Calculated shipping rates for most orders based on Canada Post pricing

$4 CAD flat rate shipping for sticker-only orders

Free shipping on Canadian orders over $80 CAD
Orders are shipped primarily through Canada Post, though other carriers may occasionally be used depending on the destination and service required.

Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier service and destination.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has shipped, Twig Creations is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. However, if an issue occurs, we will gladly assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at
TwigCreationsCo@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at TwigCreationsCo@gmail.com.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations will be possible as orders may already be in processing.
