No Return or Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
